Tip #3 - Move Your Subject Out of the Center

Oops. I forgot to write a tip for yesterday. Now, we'll have to call this 10 in 11.

OK. So my third suggestion, (I've written about this before when I discussed the Rule of Thirds), is to move your subject out of the center of the frame. Imagine that you have a tic tac toe board over your frame, then move the main subject to rest on one of the intersecting lines.

Remember that cameras often focus on what is in the center, so you might need to move your focal point to keep your subject sharp.
