Tip #7 – Shoot With The Sun Directly Behind Your Subject For a Cool Silhouette Effect

Position yourself so the sun is directly behind your subject. You won’t see much detail in your subject, but you will get a cool silhouette that will highlight the shape of your subject. You may have done this on accident many times before. Now you can say you did it for aesthetic reasons.

Note- You may need to turn off your automatic flash if you are using a point and shoot.
